HISTORY

After six years at the blacksmith workshop in the small town of Bierge, in 1963 D. Isidro Clemente Leris moved to Barbastro with the idea and a great enthusiasm for starting a company dedicated to the repair and the construction of agricultural machinery.

The different activities as repair workshop, were combined with the first own productions of ploughs and farm machinery. Through product diversification, the opportunities that the market was offering could be used and new products were implemented to the manufacturing range such as mouldboard ploughs, rollers, cultivators and trailers.

These projects led to some others more advanced, and more complex mechanical products were designed and patented, such as maize planters and the first towed fertilizer spreaders.

Since 1984, enhanced commercial dynamism was set and we decided to have a greater presence in major trade fairs. From this moment the market began to reflect the growing importance of the brand, giving the product a unique character that makes it easily identifiable, achieving national recognition.

At the same time, this determination allowed early relations with foreign markets and the first fertilizer spreaders were successfully exported to our major European markets.

Later on, the growing needs of the production required that in 2000, the factory had to be moved to a new location. These new facilities marked a highlight in the history and in the conception of the company, which was even reflected in the design of machines.

Until the present day, INDUSTRIES CLERIS has matured and, gradually and continuously evolved, applying experience to improve and meet the new goals that arise, as we take on new challenges.

Now our intention is firm to continue growing, keeping constant what identifies us, while we improve the quality of service and our products.
